... and so ends the latest chapter of Casey At The Bat. It's been a wild ride these past five years. I've had a lot of fun, and I hope you have too. Now however, the time has come to take a break. Not a long break, just a short hiatus. I won't be idle during this break. I plan to work on new stories and to learn to use my new Cintiq. Work will also begin on the second Casey collection. The Casey website updates will continue too. I may even find some time to relax. It's been a while. The hope is that by getting these things done now, I can focus on the actual comic after the break and avoid the erratic posting schedule of the past year. You can follow my progress during this time on the Casey Facebook page (caseyatthebatcomic). The comic is currently scheduled to resume on June 1. I want to thank everyone who has followed Casey over these past five years, and those who have commented and helped guide and support me along the way. I couldn't do it without you. Thank you. Bob

    Bob, have a nice break! Will miss CATB. Even though it ended on a high note, it feels a bit like a cliffhanger after all of the dream-sequence build-up. Glad to hear the “words” from Casey. So will Wally run into PalpaTom in Chi Town?
