catb 90: I Know There’s Something Going On

Last week the NBA Board of Governors voted against the relocation of the Sacramento Kings to Seattle, thus ending the return of the Sonics to my hometown. It was a bitter defeat for Sonics fans, this one included. On the plus side, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the former Seattle Sonics, were knocked out of the NBA playoffs by the Memphis Grizzlies. Small justice, but I'll take it. Hopefully the NBA will come to it's senses and reward the Seattle an expansion franchise in the near future. In additional sad NBA news, my New York Knicks were defeated in 6 games by the Indiana Pacers in the NBA Semi-finals, thus ending their playoff run. Thankfully I still have hockey, and my Rangers!
