catb 294: Whole Lotto Splainin’ To Do

Not gonna lie, it feels pretty good to get to the end of this leg of the "Dougie buys a bar" storyline. I've been kicking this story around for a while. I feel it's a good means for opening up ways for catb's (very) large cast of characters to interact (after all how often can folks show up for cupcakes and coffee?). The lottery plot goes all the way back to the first drafts of the CATB. Somehow I never managed to work it into the actual comics. Now you know how he was able to provide the ice surface for the hockey wedding.
