November marks a year since I bought my brother-in-law's comic collection. The purchase kicked off a year of comic collecting (both old & new), which was a fun way to distract myself while I was dealing with my assorted Issues. I read a lot of great books (and far too many mediocre ones). I supported a slew of comic Kickstarters, and finally got around to reading some of the comic collections I've been buying over the years. (I still have tons to get thru). Needless to say, I have been studying a ton of comic art lately. Its really been a big help with my recovery, and its given me a lot of ideas about my own art. Maybe I'll add a reading list page to the site. we'll see. Reminder: If you want to get up to speed up with the current story, click this link.
