   Meanwhile, in the background, I can see why Dougie is looking for other income streams.. At shift change, the cases full. 80% of bakery business is in the morning… it does not look like they have sold anything. Even accounting for a bit of restocking… one would hope there would be some things that had sold out or have low inventory.
