catb 98: So Excited

How rare is it to have a Casey comic without Casey in it? Prior to this comic there have only been three. The first was way back in CATB 07 and the third was almost 2 years later in CATB 90. The second one, CATB 34, was a NHL playoff comic in which none of the Casey characters appeared. There have been three comics where Casey only appeared in a single panel (CATB 41, 42 and 96).

I’m resisting puns right now, just so you know. But I wonder if it was a large part that Eddie had which first interested Dougie.
