catb 141: Alone Time

It was a busy weekend here at CATB HQ. How busy? I didn't have time to put anything on anybody's shirts! Probably would have made the page too cluttered though, so it's all good. I will be taking a much needed break over the upcoming holiday weekend. I plan on having a new page for next week, it just might be a little late. Thanks for understanding. GO RANGERS!

    It’s been a while since I’ve checked in on this comic (sorry – busy, busy!). There have been some really big improvements made since the early days (sorry – I know that sounds like one of those back-handed compliments as if to say the early worked suck – by no means!). The art is much cleaner (although I kinda liked the black shading in the early pages, but that’s just me, lol) and the dialogue has a natural flow to it. The word balloons are also much easier to read! Keep up the nice work 🙂

      Welcome back and thanks for the nice words! I’ve been reviewing the early comics in preparation for the first Casey collection and there’s things there I like and kind of miss in the current pages too. I have to resist the temptation to edit the early pages too much for the book, but I will be updating the fonts and word balloons to the current format.
