I love that you manage to get Joey’s curl and Casey’s… whatever sticking out from under the helmet.

I like your faces, they convey plenty of emotion without being finely detailed. Sometimes too much detail, in the face, and you lose the effect of emotion.
I love Joey’s face in frames 4, 5, and 6 going from a mean, gritting, determined look, to insecurity about making the shot, then to joy in making a goal. You did quite well in capturing the moment!

Thanks Ardi – It was a conscious decision to go with a simple drawing style when I first launched the comic. I’m glad the emotions come through.
