catb 99: Black & Gold

Pittsburgh Pete is based, in part, on a good friend of mine who was not only born & raised in Pittsburgh, he's Mr Pittsburgh! He lives for the city and its Penguins hockey and Steelers football teams. He likes Pirates baseball too (but apparently only when they're winning). He owns more black and gold clothing than any one person should, and like most folks in Pittsburgh, can be found wearing a Steelers jersey at any time during the course of the year. He is also the founder of the Pittsburgh Gay Hockey Association (pittsburghgayhockey.net). And no, his name is not Pete. Pete was supposed to be a bigger part of the Casey universe when I first put the comic together but with the introduction of George, Spencer and Joey he never made an appearance. I'm happy I've been able to work him in.

    Oh and it’s pittsburghgayhockey.NET as in hockey NET (not dot.org anymore) (not that you or I ever see the net when we play hockey)
